Condor Multicam Ballcap- Product Improved

Condor's (TC-008: Tactical Cap - Multicam)
A few years ago, I ordered a Condor Multicam Ballcap (TC-008: Tactical Cap - Multicam) to go with the rest of my Multicam gear. I wanted one of those cool "contactor" style caps with the velcro front for a patch, but I was not willing to spend major bucks. It seemed Condor would work- I knew they made some other quality products, but when the cover arrived I was disappointed. The cap was licensed Crye Multicam to be sure, but it seemed cheaply made and didn't wear well due to what I can only describe as a lack of structure. The hat just collapsed and looked sloppy when worn. A few months back, I noticed a friend's sharp looking Multicam cap and asked who the manufacturer was. I was surprised when he told me it was Condor- the same manufacturer I had been disappointed by. I decided to give it another try. Sure enough, the new cover is far better than the old one. The material feels thicker and the cap stands properly when worn. The "new formula" is much better. It's good to see that Condor is constantly working on not only releasing quality, low cost gear, but also upgrading and updating items as necessary. At Black Bag Resources, we are proud to carry the full line of Condor products.

I have a black "contractors" hat made by Condor that is similar to the first one you described. It is made from thin material the brim seems to be very poorly constructed. But I also have a Multicam "contractors" hat from Condor (that I ordered from Black Bag Resources) and it is a top notch very rugged hat. Not to meantion the first quality service from BBR.

Condor has been improving for a couple of years now. It seems that Condor had a reputation of low quality gear that was only good for an airsoft field. They have upgraded the products that they produce and now I can get dual use (airsoft and real steel) from one set of quality gear.

I have one the old style Condor Multicam caps and one of the new style. I have worn the old style one for years and absolutely love it. I actually prefer the old style as it wraps around the top of my head quite snugly, and its shapelessness make for an incredibly comfortable fit. Also on the old style cap, the brim is not too big which allows room for my eye protection or sunglasses to always fit nicely underneath. Lastly, I love how the old cap does not push down on my ears. I have heard many complaints about the quality of the old cap. I have put mine through the ringer for years and not a single stitch has broken and there in not a single rip in the material. Essentially, I need a new one because it has become sun bleached! I was a bit disappointed when I received the new style cap because I found it a bit too rigid and shaped, but I can see many customers appreciating those more conventional qualities (To each his own!) I would be interested in buying any of the old style Condor Multicam caps if they are available still. Thanks guys!
